HBB High Precision Large Bearing Tapered Rollers
HBB bearing rollers production lines can produce all kinds of high precision cylindrical and tapered rollers in the range of 15- 160mm in diameter and 20-220mm in length with an annual output 3 million pcs, the products precision can be up to G1and G1A(Grade I) standards. We have more than 150 various precision equipment, various perfect special testing instruments, ultrasonic flaw detection(UT), magnetic particle flaw detection(MT), eddy current flaw detection(ET) instruments, spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, roundness meter, contour roughness meter, etc. Our heat treatment lines can independently guarantee products' quality, the production process of turning, heating and grinding in an orderly manner and the flaw detection, sorting, oiling and packing completed at the same time.



We have passed ISO90001 and GJB9001C quality system, and strictly follow the system requirements to develop and implement the quality control plan of products from raw materials to finished products. We can realize the standardized management of the whole process from products orders, raw materials procurement, designing process, production plans, quality inspection to equipment maintenance, so that the production management process is rigorous and organized the products quality is stable. 



HBB has brought heat treatment lines of the world class Aichelin tech, pusher furnace carburizing quenching and roller hearth furnace secondary quenching, can visually display its entire productions, monitoring and recording automatically process parameters and quality datas. The main quality indexes need to meet: 1-8mm in depth of carburizing layer, +/- 0.05% of the carbon potential deviation in the carburizing furnace, +/-0.1mm of the same roller carbon penetration deviation.



The three coordinate measuring machine, spectrometer, OPTIKA metallographic microscope, carbon and sulfur analyzer, digital Vickers harness tester, roundness meter, contour roughness meter and other testing instruments, ensure that the testing indexes of all products meet the requirements of QC systems.

With automatic sorting, testing, inspection and packing lines, we can realize one stop completion from Eddy Current Flaw Detection, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, cleaning, sorting, typing, oiling to packing. The accuracy of diameter sorting measurement reaches 0.5um, the accuracy of length measurement reaches 1um, the accuracy of cleanliness reaches not more than 2.5mg/kg, to ensure zero defects and better quality.
