Types
(1)Block types
BSG offers two types of guide blocks,flange and square type.Because of the low assembly height and large mounting surface,the flange type is excellent for heavy moment load applications.
(2)Rail types
In addition to the standard top mounting type,BSG also offers the bottom mounting types of rails.

Heavy load rail of linear guide BSG series
BSG series linear guid rail are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc groove and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-error.
The two ends of reverser are equipped with dust-proof seal ends to prevent dust and detritus from entering into inner slide effectively. Guide rail and slide block are made of bearing steel and have good wear resistance.No drop of ball bearing and no seizing.
Thus, BSG series linear guideways can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion.
